1. What types of fragrance products does Vireglow offer? We offer a wide range of premium fragrances, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Opened fragrance products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your fragrances long-lasting and safe? Yes! We use high-quality fragrance oils and essential oils. Most perfumes offer 6–10+ hours of wear, while home fragrances are designed for strong, consistent scent throw. All products are cruelty-free and formulated to meet U.S. safety standards.

7. How do I care for and store my fragrances?

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to preserve scent
  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • For candles: Burn within sight, away from drafts, and trim wick to ¼ inch
  • Reed diffusers: Flip reeds regularly for stronger scent Specific care instructions are included with each product.
